Born in England and raised in Canada, James earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Alberta and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from New York University. He also studied Mandarin Chinese in Taiwan and is conversant in the language. James' passion for real estate stems from his interest in architecture, design. Combined with a deep knowledge of the fundamentals of real estate analysis, James is skilled at identifying the potential viability of any real estate investment.
A resident of West Chelsea where he has also closed many deals, James loves the diverse neighborhoods, people properties of Manhattan. He has enjoyed extensive international travel, allowing him to understand and enjoy the diversity of world cultures.
